QUICKSHIP - LINEAR LIGHTING THAT SHIPS FAST
Quickship products ship in only 48 hours!
Only products listed and noted for MODA QuickShip (MQS) are available to ship within the 48-hour lead time. “48 hours” is 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The 48 hours lead time begins once the order is processed and confirmed via a sales order acknowledgement. MQS lead time does not apply should circumstances arise outside of MODA Light’s control (adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political or governmental actions, force majeure, or shipping delays). A maximum quantity of 100 units per SKU may be on a MQS order. Any orders for MQS SKUs placed within 7 calendar days and shipped to the same address will be included in the total SKU quantity count. MQS orders cannot include non-QuickShip products, modifications, or special services.
MQS orders must be emailed to quickship@modalight.com.
Orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (4:00 PM Eastern Time) will be processed the same business day if no clarifications are required. The job name, specifier, and agency sales order must be included with the customer purchase order. MODA QuickShip orders are non-cancellable and cannot be amended once received and confirmed by MODA Light. MQS orders will be accepted only from customers with terms and their account in good standing.
